In-App Purchases
Tropic Crush offers optional coin packs through Apple's App Store. Coins can be exchanged for optional undo and retry assists.
If a purchase does not appear immediately:
- Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Check your internet connection.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Wait a few minutes and check again.
If the issue continues, contact support with the approximate purchase time and the coin pack you bought. Do not send full payment card details.
Game Center
Tropic Crush uses Apple Game Center for the Best Score leaderboard and achievements.
If leaderboard or achievement features are not working:
- Make sure you are signed in to Game Center in iOS Settings.
- Open Tropic Crush again after signing in.
- Check your internet connection.
Gameplay Progress
Tropic Crush stores progress such as best score, coins, undos, retries, tutorial progress, sound settings, and haptic settings on your device.
Deleting the app may delete local game progress.
